Lucie, Noah, Jessica. I really like the staff here and the banking is good too. Whenever anyone bemoans their current bank's policies I recommend here. I get paid to use my debit card, not the other way around. Isn't super political and huge like most other banks in the area. Have yet to bulldoze a non-profit to build a skyscraper, which First Interstate/Stockman Bank etc can't say. Even open on Saturdays with real people. Uses local people in advertising campaigns.

Went with my mom so she could cash a check that was given to her. She handed them the check and her ID and the female clerk severely messed up. Not only did she not put the cash and receipt in an envelope but she never handed my mom back her ID card. When we noticed the ID wasn't given back, we went into town on our next errand day (3 days later) and inquired about the ID. We were told by both clerks working they didn't have the ID. Neither clerk went to check the safe box, leaving us to believe the original clerk threw the ID away to save herself from getting in trouble for keeping a client's ID. Now my mom has to pay another +$50 for a new one due to this bank's negligence and improper staff training. Thanks.
