      TFCU has constantly provided me outstanding financial services, and more importantly, great customer service support. Their customer support is on par, if not better than USAA, of which I’m also a member of. They add a personal touch given their size. I’m usually assigned a dedicated staff member who has always made sure I get the best service. I left FAA more than 3 years ago but I will always maintain my TFCU membership. Kudos to Heysi for her great support. Thanks - LG

      Utmost appreciation for my TFCU for over 40 yrs! They've been there for myself and Family through all the life changes! This includes Johnny Appleseed, Christmas accounts, loan offers, MANY vehicle purchases, HELOC whatever...good experiences. Yes, things changed a lot over the years, you gotta change with the times. Everything ain't for everybody, but TFCU has worked for me and my Family! Professionalism is expected by these institutions, insist on it!
