      Came in right at 9 and the staff wasn’t ready or professional. They were mad that I was there right at open. I was being patient and it felt they were taking it out on me that they were under staffed and I just asked for assistance. January was unprofessional and condescending making my experience awful. I walked out because I didn’t want to be assisted anymore

      January B was super rude on the phone I am pretty sure a manager can see this and I will put this review for anyone checking reviews do not call or go to this branch Makes me close my loan with them. She need to find another job before people stop doing business with them.

      Ali, I am very sorry that you had this frustrating conversation. I understand that you were calling as our branch was closing and unfortunately on Saturdays we do have limited staff and services. As a result the only person who could help you on a Saturday was already with a member and as it was closing time would not have been available until Monday morning. I realize this is inconvenient and wish we could provide more expansive weekend services and hours to benefit our members but we do not currently have the resources.
