      I had a car loan through Travis Credit Union for 4 years and it was the longest 4 years of my life. They are super in flexible and some of the employees are straight up rude! I traded in my car and the new loan was financed through another credit union (thank god) and they called me asking about my payment. When I explained the situation, and offered to give them the number to the dealership they told me it wasn’t their problem and they would continue to call and email me until the dealer paid off the loan.They also messed up on my payments multiple times and I had to correct them when they reported me late to credit bureaus. I do NOT recommend this credit union.
