      I went to the bank to make sure my aunt wasn’t charged twice every month by her solar company and Stacy helped us reviewing her statements since the middle of 2019 until this month. Her professionalism was greatly appreciated.

      branch at Vacaville Commons 2nd time employees treated a member, me, Like they're doing me a favor. very rude and on a consistent basis. They talked to me as if I was a 5 year old who didn't know anything. In a condescending and rude tone. Too much more to add Recommend visiting a different branch

      Worst credit union out there when it comes to user friendly. They’re system is 3rd world. Impossible to use their pay by phone option and there’s an up charge to have someone over the phone submit the payment. Only other option is depositing a check using the mobile app. Can we please get with the times and have a way to pay online using a debit card? So outdated process. Would never Recommend this bank.
