      Travis was SO GREAT to work with!! He thoroughly explained everything to us as first time home buyers, was quick to respond and provide mortgage estimates for houses we put offers on, and was very diligent to keep things moving through the closing process.       Not only was Travis easy to get a hold of and always happy to answer my questions, but the platform used by Ruoff Mortgage also made the mortgage process very easy.
