  Travis was great to work with. He was detailed in the paperwork and was able to explain everything for my and and myself. Travis was always an email, text or call away for any questions or concerns we had.

  We were first time home buyers and Travis recently helped us with our mortgage financing. He came highly recommended from one of our close friends and he did not disappoint. We never had to wonder what was going on with our loan as he always provided updates and stayed on top of everything. I was expecting the home buying process to be overwhelming, but Travis explained every step to us along the way and made sure we were comfortable understanding all our options. He was very responsive whenever we reached out with questions, and I always felt like we were in good hands from start to finish. What sets Travis apart from the other mortgage officers we initially talked to is his sincerity and expertise. We will be using Travis again in the future if we ever refinance or move. I would highly recommend him to anyone who appreciates excellent customer service.
