      First of all I’m not a member of Trax CU. My credit Union informed me there was a shared Credit Union near me. I think I had that deer in the headlights look when I walked in. Kelly, the manger saw it too! She said shared Credit Union? I said yes ma’am. She instantly said don't worry, I’ll take care of you. She was awesome and very informative! Please give her a raise and a bonus. Normally the term customer service is an oxymoron these days. Not for Kelly! She is a great addition to your establishment. Thanks for having her. I may open an account thanks to her😊 Victor

      Heather go beyond the scope of work to help her clients. She always helped me out and took the time address my issues. Her customer services is beyond superior. I travel 30 minutes only to do business at her location. Hands down the best Asst. Manager .
