      Ashley Shipley has been the best contact I have ever experienced with Trax which used to be Railroad Industrial CC. We have been doing business with them for over 20 years we have all of our auto, recreational and loans through Trax. She is such an asset to your company. She has very strong communication skills and follows up immediately. Her sense of urgency when it comes to customer service is top notch. Thank you Ashley for all you have assisted us with in the past few years.

      They are supposed to be open 9am-12pm Saturdays. Sitting here in my car and no one here. Its 9:20 AM-!!!! This bank is so bad.

      I’ve been with this bank for over 5years unfortunately it has gone off the tracks. I spoke with a teller Linore over the phone and she was condescending and rude. All I had were some simple questions about my account from a teller not someone who believes it’s okay to talk to people rudely. Instead I think I’ll just go with a bank that actually politely answers a customers concerns. What a joke Trax, get better staff and policies cause you just lost an account. Stay away folks. Get a better bank.
