      Such great service when we open our account a few months ago. I get a response everytime I call. They're quick to resolve any problem I have, such as changing bank pin or lost passwords. Thank you TCU!

      If I could give negative stars to this "bank", I would. Customer service is the worst in the business. The online banking infrastructure is dated by about 10 years. The stories I have about this place, you couldn't make up. Stay far, far away!

      Paid off my car loan only to never be given my title MONTHS later. They only recently just sent me a letter (after contacting them 3 times regarding the same issue) saying I must request and pay for a duplicate title because they are no longer in possession of mine. What in the world? HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE. I paid for the title when the loan was transferred initially. You "HAD" the title...so who did you mistakenly send the original title to? Do not use TCU, they are trash and cannot do their jobs right. If I could leave no stars I would. My uncle also had a big issue with them and his mortgage. So again...avoid TCU at all costs.
