  Trevor was incredibly approachable, communicative, and helpful. Early in the process, Trevor responded to texts when we needed him to draft an updated pre-approval after hours on a Friday. He never hesitated to work for us and be on our team, working directly with our agent to get out the paperwork needed in the heat of the moment. We did not experience this type of connection or willingness from other lenders who had made promises yet weren't there for us like Trevor. Moments like this made Trevor's commitment to us more apparent. From the beginning, Trevor was willing and able to work with us through a lot of student loan debt, whereas other lenders were not as willing to put in that extra work and go that mile with us. When it came to processing the loan, all the members of Trevor's team were extraordinary; they were all on point and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and led us through an otherwise stressful process. We will continue to recommend our friends and family to work with Capstone. Ironically, we met another team from Capstone several years ago while completing a homebuyers course at our local library and were impressed. When the time came to purchase a home, we vetted many similar companies, doing our due diligence, but no one pulled up their sleeves and committed to our situation the way Trevor and Capstone did. We're so grateful to have worked with Trevor and finally be owners of our first home, which seemed improbable without them.
