  If you need a car loan and want a easy company to help you then this place will help but thats where the good experience ends. I have 1 car loan through them and good luck trading your vehicle. On multiple accounts I have went to different car lots and tried to trade. After working out the deal to trade tri cities will refuse to accept a pay from from the car lot. Several times the contract was signed and a pay offcheck was printed and ready to go and they will call and tell the car lot different amounts that rang fromm 500 to over 1000 dollars incorrect and its different amounts with each call from the sale rep. I was turned down to trade 2 times due to them refusing to accept the pay off. How that legal idk. Literally took threats of legal action to force thrm to take the check. So to wrap this up they are a good group to help you get into a car but its best if you do keep the car and completely pay it off and thrn trade it with no lean on it.

  This company is ok (Elizabethton branch) but if you late by a couple of days if you do the in Elizabethton the girl Candy is a bite of witch when she calls you. She will automatically threaten you by getting the law involved. I wish i had some type of Recording of the last two conversations or voicemails she left me. After i get my billed paid i will never go back. And let me add i have had a hard summer and after getting worked out to some degree i was still get harassing calls.
