      I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Toni and Shari at this TCNB branch. Toni was my Teller who recommended a savings account to set up for my grandchild. She was very well versed on the different accounts available and what would be the best choice for my needs. (I chose the WUTMA.) I was then directed to Shari who prepared the documents and thoroughly went over the account details. I never felt rushed and no question went unanswered. Both of these ladies were very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They were both so friendly! Thank you TriCity for hiring the best!!!

      This is only Tri-City that I will go to from now on. Other branches the employees were generally unhelpful but at this location, Nick and everyone I've been helped by has gone above and beyond as far as customer service. The employees here are top-notch, but Nick especially has been great
