I've been disappointed so many times by Tri Counties. I can't even pay my bills on time because their system shuts down randomly. Nothing worse than having money and not being able to access it. I can't speak to an agent for help. I feel played choosing this banking company. Lost all trust for Tri Counties Bank.

My earlier review was deleted. This specific branch denied to authorize the reversal of an overdraft fee of questionable legitimacy after being assured by managers at another branch that the issue would be solved. I was treated incredibly rudely on the phone by a female associate who informed me that at the direction of her GM she was unable to deliver this service I had been formally offered. When asked if the GM was available to speak to directly, I was merged with a brief pause and “he’s not available at the moment,” I asked when he would be available and after another pause I was told he would be unavailable the rest of the afternoon.
