My family has banked with Tri Counties since North Valley Bank. I regularly go into the Weaverville branch which I’d give 5 stars. The Palo Cedro experience I received was totally unprofessional! I only gave it one star so I could post this. There was only one banker at the time who was spending 1/2 hour with each previous customer with overly amount of small talk. I have been needing banking help and advice which she did dish some out with a nasty and uncalled for attitude after an hour wait!

BAD experience with unprofessional service. I won't mention names, but we have never seen such a poor representation of a banking institution in our lives. Took 3 months to get a debit card and then they charged us $100 for the cards. When we went to withdraw our money we told "the person" that their service was unacceptable and the response was "Yeah I know, I'm sorry." WOW! It took 3 days of excuses to recover our money. It was a joke. The disrespect was incredible and quite frankly embarrassing. I normally don't write reviews, but this experience was just so unbelievable that I had too. Good luck to anyone who deals with this place. You'll need it.
