False advertising not everything is 500 down and some wont even pass inspection cracked windshield I wouldn't recommend them buyer be ware

First of all , I went for a Durango and ended up with a Journey, which is fine but they didn’t clean it, (even when I asked 4-5 times while we were doing paperwork) it smelled like someone’s dog. I took it to my mechanic the very next day and he said I needed rotors and brakes for all 4 wheels. I immediately called them and the told me that, that’s not covered in the warranty!! I purchased a car from J &S and the fixed everything that I needed, without any hesitation! Tristate will do the bait and switch on you. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone!! If you need a used/ new reliable car, go to J&S!! They are responsible, reliable and help you to get Exactly what you want! And they have dealerships All over NJ!!
