      I live in Mass and use Triangle Credit Union. I have had an account with them for +- 10 years. Never any problems.

      I have an auto loan through this bank. Every time I call, I'm put on hold forever. Member services is negligent and unprofessional. Even just trying to set up online banking is a hassle with this bank. I either have to mail a check or visit a location to pay via check or cash in person. No one even pays with checks anymore... except maybe old people. Get with the program!!!

      Opened a checking account was told there was a one time fee and that I had to put 25 in savings as well...well I can't access the 25 unless I close my account..also a 5 dollar fee each month for the checking..doesn't seem like much but 5 dollars a month to a single mom of three kids..that 5 dollars is milk. Would have liked to know all of the facts..not just lies to get another account 🙄
