  Tricia is the best and most helpful realtor we’ve ever met! We live in California and needed a local realtor we could rely on to navigate through many challenges in getting our elderly parents home on the market and sold in Livingston. To call Tricia a realtor is an understatement. She’s a masterful concierge that guides you through the home selling (or buying) process making smart suggestions, letting you make the informed decisions, all the while negotiating tough as nails on your behalf. We needed to make numerous alterations and fixes to the house prior to listing. Tricia went above and beyond in suggesting many low cost improvements, coordinating with our inspectors / contractors, and keeping a watchful eye on the house, chasing down at least one inspector and making sure the contractors stayed on schedule. She even did some of the upgrades herself! Tricia pays attention to every little detail, consistently communicates via text, email, and/or phone and was rapidly responsive to our questions even late at night when we expected her response to come back the next morning. We truly treasure the experience with Tricia and our parents are immensely grateful that their home was sold with such ease. We couldn’t have done it without her and highly recommend Tricia to anyone selling or buying a home.

  Words cannot express how truly wonderful Tricia is as a realtor but also as a human. I was referred to Tricia by a family friend and from the very first phone call, I knew I have found a diamond in the rough. She was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Asking questions about what my husband and I were looking for. Questions that proved to be thoughtful and helpful. She also warned us about the crazy market we were about to enter, 24-hour bidding wars, waiving appraisals and inspections, and the roller coaster of emotions with a jammed-packed schedule. We were nervous but we really needed a home since we were busting at the seams in our Brooklyn apartment with our newborn. So only 5 weeks postpartum and breast pump in tow, we dived headfirst into this adventure with Tricia. Within the first weekend, we saw 7 homes and continued every weekend after for the next month and a half. She would always plan out the day and even fit in times so I could pump in the car while we drove from town to town. Some homes we walked in, Tricia already knew this was not for us but still we learned about what makes a house a home. No time was ever wasted, it was always a learning experience. She warned us about flood zones, oil tanks but also encouraged us with extensions, hidden nooks that could be transformed into usable space, and a home with good bones. She walked us through many heartbroken bidding wars, stayed positive, and helped pick us up for the following weekend to fight the good fight while looking for our forever home. When we finally found “the one”, she graciously guided us through the entire process. Never letting her guard down towards the seller’s team. She was our biggest advocate. She asked questions on our behalf that we didn’t even know to ask. As we closed on our home, it was a bittersweet moment. We felt very fortunate to have our weekends back to spend with our baby but also we weren’t going to see Tricia every weekend for our weekly “hang”. Rest assured, not only do you gain a 16-year veteran realtor who knows the process in and out but you also gain a friend along the way. I have already connected many of my friends with Tricia because there is no other fairy home mother other than Tricia. With her, you will find your forever home while having the best time.   House hunting as first time home buyers during the pandemic was a challenge enough on top of all the competition and bidding wars. Though it all, Tricia really stepped up to bat for us in this seller's market! Another reviewer mentioned not to let her sweet side fool you, and she is right, Tricia is so down to earth and friendly but she is also tough as nails when she needs to be. She is a master negotiator and always a few steps ahead! She was always aligned to what we wanted but maintained a sense of honesty and good judgement. She could see right through poor workmanship in rushed flipped houses or if something may cost us more money down the road. She was also of course super responsive and accessible, went above and beyond with everything to help make an otherwise tedious process as seamless as possible. I am glad I painstakingly researched realtors and ultimately went with Tricia. She is now a trusted friend and we highly recommend her, she's the best of the best!
