  These guys are phenomenal, there’s a lot of moving pieces to a transaction. This team slid each piece very smoothly. Unfortunately bumps in the road are going to happen with every transaction. We were informed of these potential bumps with enough heads up that we were able to strategize and detour around them appropriately. The ability to inform your agents and title company with as much advanced notice as they did was a shock to me. 10/10 recommend

  CJ was amazing at both explaining the process and giving me timely and prudent advice...particularly in this volatile interest rate environment. He and the entire Silverton team (shout out to Taylor Zimmerman!) were incredible. And my attorney and title company very much appreciated the punctual closing funds transfer. Everything was completed in an hour. Bravo!!!
