  Recently closed a mortgage with Roger at Trident. I reached out to him after seeing all 5 star reviews. Those set high expectations already and they were still exceeded. Roger's word is gold and he works quickly and efficiently, always available to answer questions and put you at ease. He even volunteered to handle an issue after closing in which my insurance information had to be communicated to the bank to make sure they made the payment on time. I highly recommend Roger to anyone shopping for a loan.

  A few months ago I read an article in the LA Times with regards to rates for re-financing. The article referenced Trident Mortgage . I called Trident and spoke to Rodger and told him that I would like to re-finance. He promptly explained what kind of a loan he thought would work for us and what the exact cost was and also what rate we could expect. Within the week we had faxed the necessary paperwork and shortly thereafter we were approved. Rodger was extremely professional and explained the new loan so we could easily understand what we were getting. Over the years we have re-financed but I have to say that Rodger was the best at being totally upfront about rates, cost, and the length of time to complete our loan. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of doing any kind of a home loan. As a matter of fact I called him again today to let him know if rates go lower we would like to re-fi again.

  I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Trident Mortgage Group. Roger was extremely professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable about what the market was doing. I got bids from multiple sources, both other brokers as well as direct lenders, and no one could touch Trident Mortgage's offering. Roger helped lay out all my options so I could make the decision on which option was best based on my long term goals. When I decided to move forward with Trident, Roger was patient and locked my rate at the lowest rate it had been year-to-date. Then he was very accessible throughout the process to answer any questions that came up along the way. Perhaps best of all, Roger knew how to get things done. There were several unique circumstances that popped up along the way with the lender, and Roger was able to quickly address them. He was able to close escrow in less than a month from the date I filled out the application. I would definitely recommend Trident Mortgage Group.
