      I came here needing help. I thought I was gonna get it. I needed to file 2019 and 2016. She got the paperwork prepared for 2016 and I mailed that in myself. She did my 2019 and said it was filed electronically back in May/June. I waited weeks and never saw it on the irs website. She had suggested that I start doing some 1099 work to help with taxes next year and I did that. I had questions about it so I called her in August to ask and mentioned im not seeing my 2019 taxes as filed. It says they are not received. She said well coronavirus, blah blah.....ok. I called back in September and same spill....give them time, they are behind. Finally I spoke with someone at IRS that said they dont have my taxes. I called her back and told her now its a problem because Im gonna be charged with late file and interest and penalties. She snaps back, they dont charge late when you get a refund. I said I owe taxes. She finally decided to look in her computer and turns out she entered the wrong social. So the efile was rejected. So now I get to pay late charges on top of what I owe. Add another 6 weeks to that because efile for 2019 is now turned off. All I got was an Im sorry. Everytime I called it was like she was too busy with other things and I didnt matter I was just a complainer. She assumed I was waiting on a refund when in reality I was waiting for my balance to update so I could start paying my taxes off.
