      Admittedly, I was very concerned about TFG taking over for Upper Merion as I have a few businesses in the township and was comfortable with the process. Thus far, they’ve been incredibly helpful, especially Eileen. She’s been super pleasant to deal with and very patient with all my questions.

      Josh is an extremely rude person. Was about to give him my debit card info to pay and he just hung up on me. Wow. He then continued to call me with a very ugly additude. Arguing about whether or not he did hung up on me, and when I asked if he can play back the previously recorded conversation , he laughed at me and said "not for you". I will be canceling my contract with their client because of him.

      Josh is the worst person to have working for your company. He’s rude, condescending and arrogant. I purposely didn’t pay due to his attitude. I’ll let someone who doesn’t need a snickers bar get the commission. Send him hone to mom to get retrained.
