      The Okeechobee branch offers phenomenal service and professionalism. As one who appreciates convenient options I usually opt for the drive thru. My most recent interaction was inside with Hurthessia as my rep. She was friendly and informative while still expediting my request. If I could request her as my permanent rep, I would as she was just that amazing. Service with a smile is common here and that makes writing this review easy. I Love Love Love when employees are taken care of because it shows in how their employees take care of customers. 5 stars all the way.

      Today I visited the West Palm Beach branch and as usual was assisted by Robin who has ALWAYS been very helpful ..She is definitely an asset for this Bank Her personal care and attention meets the needs and customer service ..Great representative to have here. I will remain a Tropical Member as long as the personel there doesn't change They are ALL wonderful people at that Branch
