  I have been a member of Tropical Financial Credit Union since 1996. I love the personalized care and small town feel of my bank. When I walk in, I am treated like a member of the community, not like a number. One of the team representatives in particular, Timetta Phillips, exemplifies this. Recently, I needed help with a transaction and was unable to come to the bank in person. I called Timetta and left a message to which she quickly responded. On the phone, she helped me through the process. We then corresponded via email and due to her efficiency, everything was completed. I was extremely pleased with how she handled my situation. I am a happy member of Tropical Financial Credit Union and will continue to be for years to come!

  Let me start by saying that I've been jumping through hopes for an entire month not because of tropical fcu but due to personal reasons involving an insurance reimbursement check and let me tell you Giselle K helped me every step of the way. No matter what the situation was she always came back with a resolution. I also want to recognize Michael F for his persistence and patience assisting me in accomplishing what I needed to get done. Because of these 2 employees my wife and I will be using tropical fcu as our main banking account. They deserved to be recognized as they are assets to this company and branch. We'd like to thank you guys again ! And will recommended our friends and family to this branch! It feels good to not be treated like another number! Kind Regards, Joe
