This is the second time in 4 years that I have worked with Troy Toureau and his team at McLean Mortgage Corp. for refinancing my home in order to take advantage of the best rates, with lowest closing costs available. The first time it was on the recommendation of a friend, but this time I sought him out directly. He, Sara and Ashley are literally "the dream team" as they made thing so quick, simple and convenient that I could sleep easy at night knowing all was well taken care of, leaving me with about 20 mins of closing work with a notary that came right to the house (on our back deck), and like a snap, I was out of my old mortgage and into my new one, saving about $400 per month!
