      I really , love true community they have helped me and my family so much . Not to mention the staff and tellers , all very personable. I would recommend True Community too everyone I am one pleased patron !!!

      They are the worst had no problems when it was cp then they took over every couple months they would lock us out of our online account then my husband told them 20 time they could talk to me but still wouldn't they wouldn't even let me pay on the account then they send a process server to our house never sent us a bill saying what was owed wouldn't talk to me didn't even call locked us out of our account so we couldn't even view to see what we owed orthat the card hadn't been compromised

      My experience with cp was way different. Ever since the merger everything seems to be steadily declining. Cant use the app half the time, which is super frustrating. When it does work it seems super slow. Really wish I could check my balance right now...
