      Former Employee. This place was one of the worst jobs i ever had. You need to understand that the tellers get no professional training at all. And if you mess up, due to no training, they just blame you. The people who work on the upper floors NEVER communicate with the tellers downstairs unless something is wrong. Its like they look down on you. The only thing that i liked was my boss. He has moved on to a different area in the bank, and he is a great guy.

      Worst bank ever and the customer service in Juneau doesn’t know what they’re doing. I was in other state trying to deposit my paper cheque and they told the only option to deposit it is through physical mail to the building although there’s a mobile/remote deposit in App Store. After few months I got car accident I had my other cheque from car insurance with my name and my brother name on it they told me I cannot deposit it because we need a join-bank account for it they never accept although he was with me physically in the bank. I talk to the manager still they won’t let me deposit it. So went to AlaskaUSA with my brother and it went smooth and no problem at all. I would say all truenorth employee in Juneau doesn’t know what they’re doing.
