Went in to this branch because I spoke with a representative over the phone about my quick loan. I didn’t realize I had been paying late fees so they suggested I go in and talk to a branch manager. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Cesar who was not very helpful or willing to hear my situation. He came off very rude and unreasonable. His words were “ would find it hard to believe you didn’t know how to make a payment when you could’ve come into a branch.” When I mentioned I talked to several people over the phone he basically disregarded that. even after I told him how I made payments and so on and how I was unaware he stayed the same. Made me feel like I was a liar and that I shouldn’t have anymore accounts here. I highly considered going back and closing my accounts. I actually called and got the information on how to close my accounts. I decided to call and see if I received the same response. The gentleman over the phone was able to help me and guide me through the process. So glad that someone listened and understood what I was trying to say.
