      What a bunch of Bologna this place is I had a very very important task to take care of this afternoon the website said they are open on Saturday until noon time I show up 15 minutes before the website said they were closing and there was not a soul to be found now my whole weekend is shot along with five others because they can't get their times and days on the website straightened out ridiculous ever since it became truist it's been one thing after another. over it

      I went in for cashiers checks and meline was rude to did not seem like she wanted to help me at all. Need to train there staff to be more helpful and nicer to there customers. When they changed over from suntrust it went down hill from there we will be changing banks. Do not use truist banks. Horrible bank. suntrust was good
