Truist, You have closed all of the branches around Rockledge FL. Please add more staff to the Wickham rd branch. Everyone there is truly professional and very pleasant to work with but we need more help here! Randy

I have been a customer with bb&t/trust, fir the last 13 years. I understood when the merger went through back in February/March, that the joint system was having some kinks and that patience was needed. I went to this branch today and it was a nightmare. Having 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru, I had to wait 20 minutes before it was my turn. When the cashier took my transaction she said she would be right back. After 10 minutes she came back to me and said she couldn't process the transaction with the one check, and wanted me to write a second check. Now I have done the same thing for the last 4 months so I didn't understand what she was doing. After much aggregation, I took the check back, went to the subtree location and was finished in 5 minutes. Poorest service I have ever had at a bank.

Sun Trust to truist conversion seems to be a disaster in making. 1) I was told that online password and i.d will remain the same after Truist takes over. However, about 75% of times I can't log in with my Sun Trust password. 2) when you call Sun Trust office in Viera, no on answers phones. This never happened before Truist took over Sun Trust. 3) We were told that a new debit card will be issued after Truist takes over. However, while I received my card, but my wife is still waiting for the new card. The old Sun Trust card does not work anymore.
