  One Star for lack of an option for 0. I waited in the lobby perhaps 50 mins until the "Branch Leader" stepped out to ask "who was next?" to which I replied "I was", Unfortunately I was cut off by another customer who said she was there "an hour ago" I witnessed said customer walk out of the building several times. Now, it is to my knowledge that when one is in queue, once you leave, you lose your place in line, weather in a bank or at the food court! I overheard said customer mention as well that she had no prior appointment, insult to injury if you ask me. when I brought this up with the "Branch Leader" she lied to me claiming she did have an appointment, as if I were not sitting mere feet away. The audacity and lack of customer service surely will keep me away from this branch forever.

  I have an auto loan with this company, since the merge they have taken out 2 payments a month out of my account. Called to cancel auto pay, Truist said they couldn’t do it. And I couldn’t do it on their web site where I set up auto pay. They suggest I call my bank where the funds were coming from, where I was charged a service fee of $30.00 to stop the payment. This is ridiculous that you can’t have control over your on account. And that the bank it self can’t help you or want help you cancel a payment you set up on their on web site. They don’t care about you business. And there is plenty of other banks out there that do.
