  Mr Jason Kennedy ….. if I went to explain all he has done for me I would need a book . With that said …. He went beyond going the extra mile . Words cannot describe how understanding, compassionate, efficient he has been . To sum it up . Stellar employee and absolutely amazing .

  I always had good experiences with BB&T but since the merger with Suntrust it has become a nightmare. I recently had a major issue. Palm Beach Gardens branch’s employees were poorly trained and had no idea what to do. There was no manager on duty nor would there be for at least a week. The best they could do was schedule me for an appointment with a manager the next day in West Palm Beach. The West Palm Beach manager was initially outstanding, appeared to have resolved the issue, apologized, and gave assurances it would not happen again. He gave me his card and told me if I ever had any issues to call him or email him and he would make sure I never had any more problems. He seemed very sincere. Three days later I had the exact same problem. I called twice and left messages. No one returned my calls. I emailed him three times. No one responded. Their lack of response and caring has resulted in a business being irreparably harmed. BEWARE OF TRUIST (the merged Sun Trust and BB&T). They are incompetent, insincere, indifferent, and simply put , they only “pass the buck” and just don’t care. You and/or your business deserve better.
