      ATM always broken and never takes deposits, the line of 5 cars with one window open didn't move for 10 min so I left. Maybe the line wouldn't be so long if the atm wasn't always messed up.

      Terrible since merging. The lobby has always been closed. Often there is only 1 lane open for drive-thru banking while multiple employees are at the window or working inside. Regularly have to wait 15-20 minutes in line.
