      ATM is 3.50 for non-bank users. Handicap ramp had a pipe cover askew. Potential trip hazard and poor design. Convenient location.

      I Bank here for personal and business, and they always go above and beyond what I need. Malcom once certified 11 checks so I could pass out payroll to my guys when I ran out of checks and the new were delayed. I just wanted to give a true review from an actual customer, not one off visits from keyboard warriors.

      I would recommend staying far away from this branch if you need to conduct any transactions not taking place at the counter. The reps working the counter are wonderful and professional. However, the individual now in charge of handling more intricate transactions is extremely unprofessional. Unless you enjoy starting your day by being treated in an extremely condescending and sarcastic manner then I would recommend conducting your more intricate transactions at the Durham SunTrust branch located at 4235 University Dr. Only a couple miles away and the people there are professional and courteous.
