      Truist has really gone downhill since the BB&T / SunTrust merger. The people that work here are helpful enough if you can actually manage to speak to anyone without an extended wait. It seems they've really kept the staffing to a minimum. The last few times I've come in needing basic assistance I've either been asked to just come back a different time or wait in a long queue to speak to a representative. I have various personal, corporate, and merchant accounts with Truist not to mention multiple mortgages. It would be a pain to switch all of this to another bank so I hope this turns around soon.

      What has happened to drive throughs with BBT/Truist? People use a drive-through for convenience to get in get out sometimes it’s the perfect thing to do when the weather is bad like today. Again today I’ve waited 20 minutes just to deposit two checks and the poor guy inside is all alone. What’s up with that? I hope they’re paying him time and a half because he’s doing the job of two people. Come on truest get your act together and hire somebody to. I’m about ready to go to a different bank. Your merging with BB&T has done nothing. In fact your service is worse
