      Spoke extremely briefly, with a young man. I just wanted to obtain information as to the new merger information, regarding the various accounts of mine. I do be not wish to be nickel and dimed over these steep fees. Well, he couldn’t be bothered to inform me of that information. All he did was race over my 4 accounts and safe deposit questions with, they are the same! There were no niceties, manners, professionalism, whatsoever!!! I am so unsure of my information; that I will have to schedule an appointment, and go inside to speak with someone that can give me 2 minutes! And, this is not the first time for such rudeness in this institution! Honestly, if you don’t have the time; ask for my number, and call back later! I cannot even properly describe the level of the brush off! Where are things like professionalism and manners?
