      I have needed to talk to Truist fraud department and they are virtually impossible to reach. I have stayed on hold for countless hours at a time. Recently I called and was transferred 5 times & stayed on hold for 6 hours until I finally hung up. I went by my local branch and they were unable to help me stating that I would have to talk to the fraud department to resolve my issue. I’m very disappointed and still left with an unresolved issue.
