      Their business hours are just "suggestions" apparently. Several times I have gone there during their regular hours and they have been closed. Wasted lots of time. Glad this branch will be closing soon and merged with SunTrust.

      Went into the branch to pay mortgage in person on 10/1/2021 and to change the automatic payment amount. Wrote the check, got a receipt. Now, 20 days later, I receive a collections notice that my payment is overdue and reported to the credit bureau!!! I am LIVID! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you can't post my payment correctly, there is a serious issue! Called the 1-800 # and was hung up on 3 times before I ever spoke to a person. This is the worst server EVER!
