      Just found out that Wesley Reynolds, our banker guy has been transferred to this branch. Ironically I discovered this as I prepared to write a review regarding the stellar service that we always received in our dealings with Mr. Reynolds. We're kinda newbies with building our credit history, and Wes has always been patient, kind, and evidenced really good follow-up. Wes Reynolds, this review is overdue, but hopefully it will reach your ears.

      Terrible service, lobby is still close, despite that there have been businesses never closed. It wastes every bodies time, open the lobby!!

      I’ve banked here for 10+ years and it continues to get worse. The service has been slow for years but now for the last few months the drive thru line has been backed up into CH Rd because the lobby still isn’t open. I get it, COVID-19....but still. Other banks are open. For the last year or so I’ve been using the ATM outside to deposit my checks and cash to avoid even going inside/waiting in line. Even using THAT has become frustrating. Something is always wrong with it. Officially looking elsewhere.
