      They did not know how to use the new Truist system to do a credit card cash back. The teller told me that she did not know how to do it so I got the manager involved and we all learned how to do a cash back at this branch today so others won’t have an issue in the future. I gave them four stars for initial lazy resistance to getting the job done after I pressed the issue

      This site is getting worse and worse on delays. According to the staff, they are not addressing Drive Through line if people have been waiting inside. I need to locate another branch and alter my travel route home.

      I never felt more racially profiled until I came to this Truist location and the worse part about it it’s the branch manager name Gabey he made me feel very uncomfortable being that I am a person of color and I will not do business with this company!
