  Carlos is outstanding addition to this branch. He truly went above and beyond for me. I know this transition from Suntrust to Truist has been very difficult on everyone including their employees. He helped the process of this transition go much smoother. He was attentive with all of my needs and made sure to accommodate all of my requests, as best as possible! Highly recommend seeing Carlos for any of your bank needs when visiting this new Truist location. Thank you Carlos! Your efforts do not go unnoticed!

  If there was less than one star I would give it to them. I am new to Atlanta and stopped in to track my daughters debit card, who is 17 and I am the account holder. Two Caucasian men were at the counter. did not greet me, made me feel very unwelcome almost accused me of not being on the account until I had to explain my daughter was a minor. When I asked for another service they abruptly interrupted me. Mike, one of the gentleman did not have on a mask, started to sneeze all over my card and money, did not put the money in an envelope, handed it back to me with his dirty hands, snot and didn't apologize. Told me it's seasonal. The lack of professionalism and customer service is unbelievable. I have multiple accounts with Truist and will be moving all of them. I have been in Georgia for three weeks and never felt so unwelcome. I may add that a white gentleman walked in after me and was greeted with first class service.
