Avoid this one unless you want to wait 20 minutes to deposit money. Extremly slow bank. I pulled in at 12:38 with no cars and sat there waiting until 1:00. I went to a Truist in Loudon County and it took 90 seconds. These guys need to do better.

The tellers are nice but the loan officers are horrible! I have had two experiences with them that have made my blood boil and I am a very calm understanding person. Twice I left multiple emails and never got a response on time sensitive matters. Once when having my house appraised they canceled the appraisal 15 minutes before they were supposed to be there after I had panned my day around it. If I didn’t have an equity line with them already I would have switched banks! I am now using the BB&T located at Seminole Square which is much farther then the one on Pantops from me just so I don’t have to deal with their gross negligence and awful customer service at Pantops.
