  My mom uses this bank at west innes st, salisbury, nc and the staff is so nice and helpful. My mother's complaint is access. She is aware the lobbies are closed but it's rare that anyone answers the phone so she can make the occasional appointment inside. She realizes due to the pandemic, it's probably busy at both salisbury locations, however, corporate needs to maybe hire one person at each branch that just answers the phone. My mom has been with SunTrust for quite a while and at 76, it should not be so hard for her to communicate with staff. She is not that great with computers or she may be able to do more. I appreciate your time and again, thank you for the staff at both locations....they're very kind & professional.

  Update....over the weekend the BANK would NOT let me pay my bills and I have all kinds of fees now! The fee they cheated me out of theybwill NOT FIX!! THIS IS NOT THE BANK I SIGNED WITH!!!! IM DONE!! They gave me 2 800 numbers that I wait hours and get hung up on and the people there just think this is a JOKE!!! TO STRESS YOUR CUSTOMERS IS JUST WRONG.....WORST BANK EVER NOW,!! Do they rob us of $40‐$80 each and if the does this for q million people they make 80 million in one weekend to keep or make interest off of. This is all they are doing !!!!! AFTER 23 years I will be closing my account.. the lady with the mustache refuses to let me get MY MONEY!! WITH A DRIVERS LICENCE AND DEBIT CARD..She says the signature is off and made me wait in 110 degree heat for 40 minutes..what a scam..

  Cashed a check for me just fine. Of course I do have an account, but not a big one. They are always pleasant and special requests are not a problem. BTW, you might consider it a paycheck, but they have no way of knowing it isn't forged or your employer is solvent. If you insist on cashing paychecks the best way is to open an account at the same back as your employer. Then you can cash the check without a fee. Even better is direct deposit. You get the money earlier.
