      Called (3 times) and left messages re opening a new account in addition to another active account we currently have. Finally got through (no one ever returned our call) and was told to just “come down anytime “. Upon arrival we were told to wait for a banker. Waited 30 minutes, the banker comes out of her office and states”no, you need an appointment”. No one else even waiting in the branch. Will be closing our current account and certainly not giving them another. Zero customer service in person and they don’t return calls. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

      The bank teller was incredibly rude rolled her eyes as soon as I walked up and when she was done “helping me” she rudely says “thanks for the trouble”! Super rude and just plain unprofessional. Blond curly hair big eyes, you know the one
