      I do not recommend this location at All. They only have one person to assist with Suntrust Customers. I made an appt to wire some money during my lunch hour and I get there and there is an irate customer who had been in the office an 1-1/2 hour already with the only Suntrust representative and another lady had been waiting an hour. I was told I would have to wait until he finished with the current customer and the lady that had been waiting. What is the purpose of appointments and it's hard to believe with all the people on the bank only 1 was available for suntrust customers.

      I have tried for months to speak with someone beyond a teller. Horrible customer service. No one seems to care at the newly blended branch. 34 years, time to make a change.
