      They can't give you a 10 day loan payoff quote. They will tell what it is but no physical copy. They rather you call a phone number and wait online for 60 mins + to ask for the same thing. Then they will mail it to you. If it ever comes. I need that information for a refinance but it seems like they're holding my loan hostage and try to prevent me from anyway from leaving. I had a loan with BBT. I didn't ask for this. How in this day and age do I have to jump through these hoops.

      Having been a BoA customer for decades, I was fed up. I tried this bank and am so glad I did. The place is amazing, friendly, professional, and a whole different experience. The only thing this place lacks is an outdoor sign indicating their name. I’m sure that will come someday.
