      Every time I come to this location the service is A+ from the personal Banker inside, to the teller inside and drive through. I drive all the way out here even though I have 2 other BB&T locations in close proximity to me.

      Left debit card in machine..I was told no problem service was called and would be out later that day and they would call me when they had it. Requested $350 and asked for 5 ones and a five and the rest in larger bills. The teller hD to run the bills through a machine and I ended up with a huge pile of cash. 20 ones, $200 in 5's and 10's and 100 in 20's. I handed him money back asking for larger bills. I dint think he knew how to count money. It's two days later, no one has called me regarding my card, the bank is closed today AND they withdrew the 350 from a joint account of mine, not my primary acct. Bring back competent bank tellers Not managers in training who can't make change.
