My family and I love these good folks. Up state, my Uncle and his family started right after the "Great Depression". I started with the Carolina Beach Branch as "Carolina Savings Bank" June 1985, later, along with the staff, we merged with BBT.

I switched to BB&T 3 years ago after 17 with SunTrust. This branch on the island has been nothing but exceptional in my dealings with them. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and love that they're based in NC, too.
