      I've been trying for going on a month now to get help logging back into my mobile app since everything switched over to truist. I was locked out of my account and went to two other locations, one being Dunn NC. I was told on both occasions that I would have to call the 800 number or either online. After explaining I had tried all of those options and getting no where at all I left. Until today I've had problems with checking account balances, seeing if orders have been taken out of my account and etc. Within literally five minutes of being at the 501 Clinton location everything I needed done and answered was and I was immediately able to access my mobile account. I would recommend this location to anyone. Branch Coordinator "Lissette Alonzo is very professional and will have you.out in no time. Thanks for all your help!
