      Absolutely horrific service since they have been merged. ALL I want to do is set up my mortgage account which was originally set up with Sun Trust and merge it with my account with BBT. I JUST WANT TO PAY MY MORTGAGE BUT IM GETTING ZERO ASSISTANCE. CONSISTENT LONG WAIT TIMES ON THE PHONE AND I KEEP GETTING TRANSFERS WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO.

      My comments are not only for this Branch, but all my experience with BB&T. Very bad customer service, everything takes long time, I have to followup multiple times. Thinking of closing my account.
